We had a great time hosting our kids 18th and 19th birthdays. The servers were very accommodating and made for a great experience.
This place was fun. The waitress/hostess was very sweet and made sure we had every thing we needed. We had a problem with the credit card processor but they resolved the problem as quickly as they could.
We had the MOST fun!! Our age group consisted of 14-50 in one room but music is timeless and brings everyone together!! 2 hrs for 12 of us was perfect but we all said we could’ve stayed another hour! It’s really easy to use and have so many songs in the library. The drinks and food and service were great!! Diff rooms had karaoke going too but we could not hear them so the boxes are somewhat sound proof perhaps.
We booked a room at graduation and it was very fun! We could have easily stayed another hour. The service was great and the staff helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a fun group activity, this is a great option.
Big Box is absolutely a blast. The medium size room was just the right size for our small group of about 10. The hostess, atmosphere and equipment were perfect for a ton of fun.
The staff is excellent, the establishment was clean, the food was good. Staff went out of thier way to make our party not only good, but great! The room was perfect, and they let us set up a little early for our birthday party. I highly recommend Big Box for parties, team building excersize, or just a fun night with friends.
I had such a blast here! The songs they have available are widely varied and there was something for everyone I came with! We had Jess as a server and she was very sweet, informative, and attentive to anything we needed! Will be back!
Came here for my daughter's 14th birthday and her friends and her all had an absolute blast! Most of them are a bit shy but the private rooms had them all singing the entire time. 3 of us parents hung out in the lounge and had some holiday special drinks which were delicious. My younger daughter already wants to come back for her birthday. The only issue was that the pizza came with only about 45 minutes left in the 2 hour party and they felt rushed to eat and have dessert. It was a busy Saturday night though on the winter solstice so delays are expected.
